Jasmine Doak

Jasmine Doak has more than 20 years’ experience leading legal and human resource functions across various industries within the public and private sectors. A passionate, inspired, and dynamic leader, Jasmine is well-regarded for her approach to driving organisational change, mentoring high-performance teams, and supporting inclusive cultures to thrive. A practising lawyer, and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Jasmine’s career spans leading organisations, including senior executive positions at Minter Ellison, Mazda Australia, Linfox and AGL.

Currently, Jasmine is the Vice President of Human Resources at Orica, and responsible for leading the people and culture strategy and initiatives across the Australia, Pacific, and Asia Region. Jasmine was appointed to the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board (MFB) in June 2018 and served as the MFB President until the agency transitioned to Fire rescue Victoria in June 2020. In addition to the MFB, Jasmine is a general board member of the Victorian Managed Insurance Agency (VMIA) and Chair of the Remuneration and Capability Committee. Previously, Jasmine has also served as a board member of the National Safety Council of Australia Foundation. Committed to living with connection and purpose, Jasmine is an active member of the human resources community and regularly engaged as a speaker on the topics of people, culture, transformation, leadership and engagement.
