She has a strong record of driving organisation-wide strategy, engagement and culture change to achieve superior performance.
Liz is passionate about creating organisational cultures that inspire people to bring their best and drive superior performance. As a senior executive, Liz has led organisational culture transformation programs that engage leaders and employees to establish and execute a shared vision and agree the values, behaviours, systems and symbols that will embed the change. She recognises the importance of integrating culture and business strategy to ensure people not only love what they do but understand how their work contributes to organisational goals. She also understands the challenges of driving change in a complex operating environment with employees working across multiple sites.
