Payment methods

The full registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • Register online and pay by cred card. Credit cards accepted are VISA and Mastercard. Please note that VISA and Mastercard incur a 1.5% surcharge.
  • If you are unable to pay by credit card, EFT transfers will be acceptable also. Full payment details will be stated on your tax invoice.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to conference@nsca.org.au. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Cancellations charges are as follows:

  • Cancellations received prior to Monday, 11 January 2021, will receive a refund less administration and booking fees of $100
  • Cancellations received on Monday, 11 January 2021, up until Monday, 16 February 2021, will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations received after  Monday, 16 February 2021 will not receive a refund. However, substitutions will be accepted without charge until Monday, 8 March 2021

Substitutions

Substitutes must be made in writing to conference@nsca.org.au

  • Substitutions made before Monday, 8 March 2021 will not incur any costs
  • Substitutions made after Monday, 8 March 2021 will incur a $100 administration charge 

Photography policy:

Participants understand and agree that they may be photographed, quoted, filmed and/or recorded at NSCA Foundation events and these may be used in NSCA Foundation publications and promotional materials. If you do not wish for your image to be used, you must make yourself known to the organisers.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Is my registration fee valid for the new dates in 16-17 March 2021?
    Yes, all registrations to the conference and exhibition are automatically moved to the new dates.
  2. I will not be able to attend the conference in 16-17 March 2021, can I be reimbursed?
    Yes, refunds (less $100 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to those delegates unable to attend. Please submit this in writing.
  3. If I am a sponsor / exhibitor, will I be entitled to a refund?
    The Association Specialists / PCO and or a member of the Organising Committee will be in touch with your directly.
  4. I cancelled my registration but I will be able to attend on the new dates, what should I do?
    If you already received the reimbursement of your registration fee, please contact us. You will be able to register at the same rate you have registered earlier.
    If you didn’t receive the reimbursement or an email standing that we are working on it we will not continue your cancellation process and your registration will remain valid for the new dates.
  5. Hotel, airline company or travel agency did not accept to reschedule or reimburse my booking for free, will the congress reimburse me?
    Neither the Association, nor the Professional Conference Organiser can be responsible for financial engagements taken by third parties. The social instability and travel limitations caused by COVID-19 outbreak are good reasons for the Association to move the conference to future dates in order to guarantee the wellbeing and safety of all delegates, staff and suppliers involved in this event.
  6. The new conference dates are 16-17 March 2021, will my VISA be still valid in those dates?
    Please check on your VISA the validity dates, unfortunately you may have to apply for a new VISA.
